MENABILLY is our spacious quiet first floor room is situated at the back of the house and faces south with views over the rooftops and gardens towards Covington Woods and Readymoney Cove. This is a very pleasant space decorated in hues of blue that just makes you think of the sea and the beach.

The full size twin beds are just right for two friends sharing. There is a small wardrobe and the chest of drawers houses tea and coffee making facilities. There is a 24” TV with fire-stick. The ensuite bathroom is compact and functioning with a shower, toilet and hand basin enclosed by bi-fold doors.

PRIDMOUTH is our twin room situated on the second floor ideal for comfort and relaxation. There are two full size single beds with a chest of drawers between. There is also a cabinet and lamp at the end of one the beds. 

​Under the window is a television and sofa for your reclining needs after a full day at the beach.

The view is over the rooftops and gardens towards Covington Woods. A dressing table with drawer space stands under the roof-light, accommodating a 24” TV with fire-stick and tea and coffee making facilities.

Step out on to the landing for an area at the top of the stairs to hang garments. A stair-gate is available for use if felt necessary for extra safety. The bathroom is bright with a large shower, toilet and hand basin. Natural light is from a further roof-light.

POLKERRIS is a pretty double room on the first floor, facing the road with double glazing decreasing any traffic noise. Built in spacious wardrobe.
